lovely historic hotel stay

fresh buffet convenient location friendly staff

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much, it was fresh and plentiful. the location was excellent and convenient (i especially liked the proximity to local tapas bars). the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. i appreciated the space to store luggage after checking out. It allowed me to explore without carrying bags.

the taxi could not drop me directly at the door. i had to walk a short distance.

The room had a spacious layout. The bathroom featured large pump bottles of spanish orange hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The location proved excellent for exploring the town on foot.

The hotel doesn't have an elevator in all areas. Rooms are only accessible by stairs.

historical character ample choice helpful assistance

i found the location quite easy to access. breakfast offered ample choices. the staff provided helpful assistance. the hotel exuded historical character and our room included views of the alhambra from the 'internal balcony'.

i did pay an extra fee for my pet. the hotel failed to provide basic amenities. this left me disappointed. i would hesitate to recommend this specific service to future guests with animals.

charming hotel in a central location

central location quality breakfast helpful staff

i found the hotel situated well between the main attractions and nightlife there is good access. breakfast included an abundant and good quality selection i found. the staff helped me depart very early arranging a taxi and giving me a bagged breakfast for my journey home.

i paid an additional fee for my pet the hotel did not provide any pet-related services. i feel very disappointed this experience felt completely unworthy of the cost.

I appreciated the kind staff. they were very helpful with tips. the breakfast was very good and included lots of variety. the location was crazily convenient. It made exploring easy.

the area outside could become crowded at times. it was sometimes difficult to navigate given the number of people. the electric club nearby did not bother me.

tasty breakfast historic building prime location

The hotel is located close to many attractions. A very good Italian restaurant is nearby (a real treat!). The building has a historic feel. The breakfast offered a tasty selection (with good coffee!).

The size of the room was barely adequate, and some of the facilities seemed somewhat dated.
